Information zur EU-Verordnung PPWR ab 12.08.2026
Am 12.08.2026 trat die EU-Verordnung PPWR in Kraft. Das bedeutet für Onlinehändler und Importeure die Bestellung eines Bevollmächtigten, Lizensierung der Verpackung, Mengenmeldung der gelieferten Pakete und pauschale Entsorgungsvergütung der Verpackung in jedem einzelnen EU-Land. Das bedeutet für uns Kosten in Höhe von 500,00 bis 800,00 Euro je EU-Land, den zusätzlichen bürokratischen Aufwand nicht mitgerechnet. Das ist das Ende des freien Warenverkehrs innerhalb der EU.
Deshalb liefern wir momentan nur noch nach AT, DE, CH und andere außereuropäische Länder. 
Die EU-Kommission hat eine Plattform für Beschwerden zu dieser Verordnung geschaffen. Um eine Beschwerde einzureichen müssen Sie sich jedoch registrieren:

EU Regulation PPWR from 12 August 2026
On August 12, 2026, the EU PPWR Regulation went into effect. For online retailers and importers, this means appointing an authorized representative, obtaining a license for packaging, reporting the volume of packages delivered, and paying a flat-rate disposal fee for packaging in each individual EU country. For us, this entails costs ranging from 500.00 to 800.00 euros per EU country, not counting the additional bureaucratic burden. This marks the end of the free movement of goods within the EU.
For this reason, we are currently shipping only to Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and other non-European countries. 
The European Commission has created a platform for filing complaints regarding this regulation. However, to file a complaint, you must register:
